Are you getting in touch to ask about seeing solid white lumps in your Carotino Oil? If so, DON'T WORRY!
The opaque lumps you may have noticed are simply a result of the recent cold weather and are a normal and perfectly harmless reaction when the oil gets cold. They won't affect the taste, quality or safety of your oil in any way whatsoever!
The lumps just mean the oil got cold enough to start solidifying - perhaps after being stored in a chilly kitchen cupboard or supermarket warehouse during a cold snap. They will disappear as soon as the oil warms up or during cooking and are absolutely nothing to be concerned about!
