Sizzling Garlic Prawns

4 tablespoons Carotino Oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 fresh red chillies, chopped and deseeded
450g cooked king prawns
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to season
Heat the Carotino Oil in a frying pan over a low heat. Add the garlic and chillies and fry for around 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are softened. Add the prawn and fry for another two to three minutes, until heated thoroughly and soaked in the mixture. Add the chopped parsley and stir well then season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve as a starter with crusty bread and a slice of lemon.
